Deadline for registrations is May 30th. After May 30th it will not be possible to register
Rates are inclusive of:
- Attendance to all scientific sessions
- Attendance certificate
- Conference proceedings
- Badge and congress kit
- Coffee Breaks and light lunches as per program
- Welcome cocktail on June 9th
- Gala dinner on June 11th
- 22% VAT (tax)
NOTE: To register as a Student, you will be required to send a proof of your status (i.e. copy of a valid student card).
Cancellations and Refunds
To cancel, you must send a written request to the congressi@adriacongrex.it
Cancellation by April 30th, 50 % refund (Note: the refund will be done in Euros less bank charges and after the event)
Since we must pay for the publication and venue in advance, hence no refund after April 30th will be possible.
Payments will be refunded if the organizer cancels the conference. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
Liability
The organizers are not responsible for any personal accidents, losses, or thefts during the conference.
Make sure to have your own health and travel insurance.
Photography and Video Recording
During the conference, we’ll have a photographer and videographer capturing the event’s highlights and attendees. When you register, you’re giving us the green light to use your image in our social media posts and publications about the conference.
We’ll only use your images to promote the conference and its activities, and not for any commercial gain.
